United States shipping

NurtureForm currently offers free tracked delivery to addresses in the United States.

Delivery estimates

Current supplier performance shows that 78.7% of orders are delivered within 11 days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier delays, customs checks, severe weather, peak periods, and address problems can cause delivery to take longer. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery.

Tracking

Tracking details are emailed after the order has been dispatched and the carrier has made tracking available. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to display its first update.

Order changes and addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before ordering. If you need to correct an address or cancel an order, contact info@nurtureform.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfilment.

Split shipments

Items in a multi-item order may arrive in separate packages or on different days. You will not be charged additional shipping fees when this happens.

Delayed, missing, or damaged deliveries

If an order has not arrived within 30 days, tracking has stopped updating for an extended period, or the package arrives damaged, contact info@nurtureform.com with your order number. We will investigate with the supplier or carrier and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.
